All rooms have one king bed or two double beds, color cable television, small refrigerators, hair dryers, direct dial telephones, dataports and individual air-conditioning and heat.  Wireless Internet access in most rooms.

All room rates include:

  Rates are based upon double occupancy
  Additional occupants $15 each

  Midweek = Sunday - Thursday Nights

  Holiday weekends will be additional
  All rates subject to change without notice
  All rates subject to Maine State Lodging Tax (currently 7%)

Check Out: 11 AM

Deposits: A 50% deposit is required at time of reservation. Balance is due upon arrival.

Cancellations: Once you have secured your reservation with a deposit, you are fully obligated for your entire stay. If for any reason you must cancel your reservation, we will gladly refund your deposit (less a $20 processing and handling fee), with at least fourteen days notice. In the event that you must make a last minute cancellation, we will return the deposit, insofar as we are able to rent the room to another guest over the entire reserved period. Naturally we will make every effort to rent the room and return your deposit.

Credit Cards: We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. While we accept Credit Cards we are sorry but we can not accept Debit Cards.
